Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on cmarankers.com, including the online mock test series.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled, and the amount paid is not refundable — whether or not you use the product, and whether you use all of it or only part of it. Access to digital products such as mock tests starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Please read the product page carefully — what is included, how the tests work and how long access lasts — before you pay. If you have any questions, ask us on WhatsApp at 99993 71999 before buying.

When We Will Refund

We will refund the amount in these cases only:

Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same product.
Payment deducted but not received by us: money left your account but the payment failed or was not received by us. Banks and Razorpay usually reverse these automatically within 5–7 working days.
Access not given: your payment was confirmed but we were unable to give you access to the product.

How to Raise a Payment Issue

the email address of your account,
the Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_, shown on your payment confirmation), and
a screenshot of the payment, if you have one.

In most cases we will simply unlock your access. If a refund is due under this policy, it is made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of our confirming it.

Cancellation

Purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. If we ever have to withdraw a product before you could use it, we will refund the amount paid for it.
