These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of cmarankers.com, the CMA Rankers student portal and any course, test series or other product you buy on this website from CMA Rankers ("we", "us", "our"), U-158, Vats Complex, First Floor, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi – 110092. By creating an account, buying a product or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About Us

CMA Rankers is a coaching institute for the CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) course conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). We are an independent institute and are not affiliated with or endorsed by ICMAI. Exam dates, syllabus, fees and rules are decided by ICMAI; always confirm them on icmai.in.

Your Account

• You must give accurate details (name, phone number, email) when you create an account.
• Your account is for your personal use only. Do not share your login with anyone. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that is shared, used to copy or distribute our content, or used in breach of these Terms, without a refund.
• If you are under 18, you should use the website with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

Online Mock Test Series

• When you buy a mock test series, you get access to the mock tests described on its page for your account, until the access date shown on that page (for the December 2026 CMA Foundation series, 13 December 2026).
• Each test session can be attempted once and has a fixed time limit. The timer starts when you begin a session and continues even if you close the page or lose your internet connection. Unsubmitted sessions are submitted automatically when time runs out, using your last saved answers.
• You need a working internet connection and an up-to-date browser on a phone or computer. We are not responsible for attempts affected by your device, browser or internet connection.
• Scores and pass indications are for practice only. They are an estimate of your preparation and do not predict or guarantee your result in the ICMAI exam.
• We may release mock tests in stages, as described on the series page.

Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the product page before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
• Access is given once the payment is confirmed. If money is deducted but access is not given, contact us with your payment ID (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

No Refunds

All purchases on this website are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations, except in the limited cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (for example, a duplicate payment).

Our Content

All questions, solutions, explanations, videos, notes and other material on this website belong to CMA Rankers or its faculty. They are for your personal study only. You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, share, sell, upload or publish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website — for example, by trying to access other students' accounts or data, interfering with the tests or scoring, using automated tools, or attempting to get answers before submitting a test.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by events outside our control. Our total liability for any product you buy is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The Terms in force when you make a purchase apply to that purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
